30-Day Buyer Protection Policy
At eMallCambodia, we care deeply about the trust and safety of every transaction. That's why we offer a 30-Day Buyer Protection Policy on all purchases made through our platform.
What Does This Mean?
- 30 Days of Platform Support: From the day your order, you are protected for 30 days. During this period, we will actively assist and mediate any disputes between buyers and sellers. Whether it’s a delivery issue, product not as described, or a payment concern — we’re here to help.
- 3-Day Product Review: Once your order is delivered, you have 3 days to inspect the item and request a return or refund if:
- The item is not as described.
- It arrives damaged or defective.
- It was never received (based on delivery evidence).
If no refund or dispute is initiated within 3 days, the transaction is considered complete, and any issues beyond that will be referred to the seller’s warranty.
- After the 3 Days: You are still covered under our 30-day protection. If any disputes arise or issues are discovered during this time, you can still reach out, and we will support you by investigating and mediating fairly.
- Money-Back Guarantee: If the seller does not ship the item within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.
